About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its expansion strategy and oversee the growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering on a growth mandate, leading the advancement of all functions, and integrating fulfillment across the company. This role requires a seasoned executive with a background in middle-market construction and/or fabrication services, particularly in the structural engineering industry. The CEO will have full P&L ownership and be responsible for establishing processes, ramping up project delivery capabilities, and ensuring accountability. Experience in selling to both governmental entities and private clients is essential, as the company aims to serve a wider geographic customer base. The ideal CEO for the company will be a dynamic leader capable of driving significant organic and acquisitive growth initiatives. They must be adept at improving visibility across the organization, professionalizing operations, and be prepared to work closely with an experienced private equity partner. The role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the integration of new acquisitions and ensure the company's continued success in a competitive market. A background in structural engineering, with a focus on commercial building, bridge construction, or infrastructure projects, is highly valued. The CEO will play a pivotal role in the company's future, and as such, a strong commitment to the growth and development of the business is a fundamental requirement.
