Job Details Job Title: Business Consultant Job Type: Direct-Hire, Full-Time Location: Denver Metro Area (Road Warrior Position) Compensation: $50,000 base (OTE $70,000$89,000+) Responsibilities Conduct 3035 weekly inspections across a defined territory Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and customer accounts Provide hands-on training and coaching to franchisees on business operations and service delivery Manage account transitions, onboard new customers, and ensure successful first cleans Identify service improvement opportunities and resolve customer issues with professionalism Meet monthly with assigned franchisees for performance check-ins and business reviews Participate in Monday team meetings at the Denver office (8:30 AM~1:30 PM) Occasionally work evenings/weekends for onboarding new franchisees Required Qualifications High School Diploma Strong organizational skills excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong business acumen, work ethic, and ability to prioritize tasks Customer-service oriented with proven conflict-resolution skills Comfortable working independently in the field (road warrior role) Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided) Availability for occasional evenings/weekends Company vehicle, company cell phone, iPad, and laptop Flexible weekday schedule (MonFri, 74 or 85) Competitive benefits package: health, dental, and 401(k) with company match Vacation and holiday pay Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities Supportive, energetic team culture AimHire is an equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr AimHire
