Hiring Immediately - Bilingual Quality Control Inspector - Kennesaw, GA:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Quality Control (QC) Inspector jobs in Kennesaw, GA.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will monitor production to ensure goods meet quality standards, perform visual inspections of Work in Process (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG), and ensure the production line maintains standard parameters for every product. Weekly pay starting at $18/hr and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
Ability to document and record data accurately in batch packages and reports.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify non-conforming products.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance (Note: Position requires starting 30 minutes prior to shift).
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspection of received and manufactured products to ensure they meet specifications for reliability and workmanship.
Verify the availability and correctness of materials (e.g., PVA film, powder, liquids) before starting the machine or after changeovers.
Check manufactured products for defects and verify weights as indicated in batch records.
Record all quality data into appropriate documents and complete batch packages by the end of the shift.
Provide timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming product is identified and assist with disposition.
Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety standards.
Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with the interpretation of quality standards.
