Showcase Vehicles by explaining key features, capabilities, and specifications; conducting test drives; and comparing different models.
Prospect for New Customers daily, while maintaining strong relationships with past customers to foster repeat business.
Follow Up with Customers using a system designed to enhance customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Stay Informed on product updates, features, accessories, and inventory to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service , ensuring a positive experience and high levels of satisfaction.
Participate in Sales Meetings and Training sessions as required.
Represent Company Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors, ensuring integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Automotive Sales Experience is preferred, but not required.
