We are looking for a Rock Star Lead Technician/Mechanic! Preferred experience in BMW/Mercedes, other European brands. At ALL of our locations.

A little about us: We're the fastest growing independent service and repair center for High-Line vehicles in Austin, Texas and we need more help at our new Pflugerville shop!

If you are trained on Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, VW, Lexus, Land Rover, Jaguar, Infiniti, or any of the high-line brands, hit us up and let's see if there might be a fit!

In this position, you need to perform all tasks associated with being a highly trained Technician. You'll be expected to diagnose, service, repair, drive, and speak to customers (when necessary).

Prior automotive experience at a franchise dealership is preferred.

About:

• All our Technicians are factory trained with dealership experience and that's what we're looking for in the right applicant.
• Applicants can expect to work from 8:00am - 6pm Monday - Friday. NO SATURDAYS!!
• The shop is climate controlled and probably the cleanest shop you'll ever work in!
• Cleanliness is a key factor in this shop and whoever is hired will be expected to clean up after themselves before, after, and in between jobs.
• Occasional interaction with clients is inevitable and applicants should be courteous, well spoken, and be professional in appearance (you won't be wearing a suit, but we don't want you to scare off the customer either!)
• Ability to diagnose and repair European/Japanese vehicles using factory VAS equipment
• Quality workmanship and take pride in your work
• Positive attitude!!!!!! reliability, and eagerness to learn other European lines
• Good driving record, clean background check, drug-free
