To sign up for our VIP Service, simply select the VIP option when purchasing our services on our website.

Refunds can be requested prior to the submission of your travel document application. Once you have approved the documents for submission, a refund will not be issued. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.

To request a refund, email support@genievisa.com with the subject line “Travel Visa Refund Request” and include your full name, invoice number or order ID, the last four digits of the credit card used, the date of purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund.

After purchasing our services, you will complete a detailed questionnaire. Our team will review your information for completeness and accuracy before submitting your application. We will also guide you through the scheduling of your consulate appointment.

We cannot guarantee the approval of your visa as this decision is made solely by the issuing government authority. However, we do our best to ensure your application is complete and accurate to improve your chances.
